    High quality satin: 100% polyester (OEKO-TEX certified fabric). Machine wash cold water, on delicate cycle, hang to dry. Cool iron if needed.

    • Eco-Conscious Materials: It's important to us that most of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified. This means the fabric is produced without harmful chemicals and dyes, and is safe to wear against the skin.
    • Fair Labour Practices: Every staff member at our Toronto factory receives fair wages, medical benefits, and the right to work in a safe, secure environment. We know every staff member by name and have worked with our factory for over 10 years.
    • Local Production: dotty is ethically + locally made right here in Toronto. This reduces the carbon emission associated with long-distance transportation and supports our local economy.
    • Zero Waste Hangers: Plastic hangers are collected in our studio and then returned to our factory for reuse, ensuring they are never discarded.
    • No Hang Tag Program: We ship all our garments without metal pins, paper or plastic attached to minimize the amount of waste.
    • Biodegradable Packaging: Every dotty purchase is shipped with a 100% compostable mailer, wrapped in acid-free, 90% recycled content tissue paper, and sealed with a recycled paper sticker.

    This skirt has sass!

    Having eyed the pink leopard satin skirt on line I took advantage of the spring One of a Kind show to snap it up! Love the vibrant pink -perfect for spring/summer! Great fit, easy to care for….what more could a woman ask for?!!

    Fits in all the right places.

    I’m someone who is narrow in the hips, needs a bit of mid-life room in the waist, and I’m high waisted-point blank, gave up on skirts a long time ago. Add to that the challenge of finding a top that works well. Dotty really solved all these issues with this skirt. There’s plenty of room in the waist with a very comfortable waistband, but the skirt is shaped just right around the hips and with a lovely flowy silhouette that tapers down slightly towards the bottom of the skirt. (I call it a flower petal hemline). It also matches tops easily including two from Dotty that just had exactly the right colours for the skirt, and sort of completed the whole look to be Casual or more dressy. I’m wearing a running shoe and denim jacket with it or a Dotty top on it’s own. For size reference: I’m 135 pounds, usually a 10 in pants and wearing a size Small in this skirt. Colors are accurate as shown-I’ll be wearing this through Spring and Summer.
