If for any reason, you are not totally in love with your new Dotty purchase, feel free to contact us for a refund or exchange within 10 business days of the original purchase. We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on exchanged items.

PLEASE NOTE: orders that were placed using a sale code or discount code are entitled to store credit only.

How to start an exchange:

1.  Email sylvi@dotty.ca to get an exchange started. Please ensure your new selection is in stock in your size.

2. Once your exchange has been approved by a team member, pack up your un-worn and un-used dotty garment and print the shipping label provided via email once approved. 

3. Drop your package off at any Canada Post location. Your new item will be processed and shipped out as quickly as possible.
